Dubai Fragrance Hub – Fragrances Disclaimer
By purchasing fragrances or decants from Dubai Fragrance Hub, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
FRAGRANCE Authenticity
All fragrances sold by Dubai Fragrance Hub are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable authorised distributors and wholesalers.
Some fragrances are offered in smaller decant sizes (5 ml, 15 ml and 35 ml). These decants are carefully transferred from the original authentic fragrance bottles into smaller atomisers to allow customers to experience luxury fragrances in more accessible sizes.
Dubai Fragrance Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the original brand owners. All brand names are used for identification purposes only.
Product Format (Decants & Bottles)
Dubai Fragrance Hub specialises in 15ml and 35ml decanted fragrances, as well as selected original bottles. Decants are professionally transferred using hygienic processes and clearly labelled for customer convenience.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped nationwide via PUDO locker-to-locker.
A flat-rate shipping fee of R65 applies to small parcels.
For larger orders or bulk packages, shipping costs cannot be calculated as a flat rate and will therefore be quoted separately once the order has been placed, based on parcel size, weight, and courier requirements.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, regional delivery schedules, and locker availability.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier and tracking details have been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service provider. Dubai Fragrance Hub cannot be held liable for courier-related delays, loss, or damage once the parcel is in transit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct locker selection and contact details are provided at checkout to avoid delivery complications.
No Refunds / No Returns Policy
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted on opened, used, sprayed, or tested perfume bottles or decants.
This includes:
- Opened seals
- Used or tested fragrances
- Decanted products once opened
This policy is compliant with the South African Consumer Protection Act, which excludes returns for hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed.
Defective Products
Returns or replacements will only be considered if a product is defective upon delivery, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act.
Any defects must be:
- Reported within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Supported with clear photographic evidence of the unopened item and original packaging.
Approved returns must be in their original, unused condition.
Fragrance Preference Disclaimer
Scent preference, longevity, and performance may vary depending on individual skin chemistry and personal taste.
Fragrance dissatisfaction, personal preference, or change of mind does not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.
Customers are encouraged to purchase decants to test fragrances before committing to larger sizes.

By completing a purchase with Dubai Fragrance Hub, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, as well as all shipping and returns policies.
